I was in Sauze d'Oulx with a group of guys for a week and I used this bakery for our supplies. What can I say? Delicious and crunchy bread, impeccable service, lots and lots of availability for any problem or unexpected event and Valentina, the owner, with unique empathy and availability!!! A truly wonderful discovery 😉😋🥰 And the brioches....memorable!!!

The best bread in the Valley! Delicious and incredibly fresh, with a wide selection for all tastes. From cioppini to breadsticks to specialty bread, I'd buy it all every day! The tarts are also fantastic! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I was surprised by some of the negative reviews; they probably reviewed the wrong bakery. 5 well-deserved stars, well done, and thank you for delighting us with something new every day!

I tried many types of bread and they were all excellent. Fantastic whole grain baguettes that remained excellent for at least 2 whole days. They make hamburger sandwiches and it was shocking, the best I've ever eaten, soft enough and that they take the meat sauce without dripping (never to be taken for granted). I also recommend the crackers made by them and as a Genoese I say that the focaccia is of excellent quality. Well done!

The bread is very good, with many varieties. I've been coming to Salice for many years and have witnessed changes in management and offerings. The bakery is maintaining its old traditions and trying to introduce new products. The Gioppini are timeless, but the new recipes, like the fig and plum bread and the crackers, are a delight. The crostata is truly "grandma's" kind. I'm Genoese, and I certainly don't go looking for focaccia in the mountains. I disagree with the latest reviews, especially because they're based on a lie. There are four places that sell bread, and they don't supply it from the bakery... (and it's incomparable to the bread from this bakery, which is certainly better than these). So if there's a line every day and there's not much to choose from at 4 p.m., it means the bread is good. All this is accompanied by fast, friendly service, which is always a pleasure on vacation.

Every time I am in Sauze I cannot give up the bread, savory delicacies and desserts that I find in this bakery. The choice is wide and it's worth trying everything, the courtesy and friendliness of the staff are the icing on the cake. Congratulations and highly recommended

I'm sorry to read some totally negative reviews, I've always found both the bread and the desserts to be of good quality and taste... then, as everyone knows, "de gustibus no disputandum est"
